Each team must provide their own shelter and all necessary equipment. There is a limited number of 50AMP sites. Cooking sites will be assigned by order of payment and registration. Each team will be allocated one 25’ x 25’ outside space, along with electricity and water. If you require a larger cooking area, please describe your reasons, including the sizes of grills, props and any other items in your cooking set up. We will attempt to make arrangements to help all teams be successful. Entries forms can be mailed to Town of Jackson, P.O. Box 369, Jackson, S.C. 29831.

To show our appreciation and to help the cookers a full breakfast will provided for the cooking teams at 6:30 AM Saturday morning.

ENTRY FEES AFTER OCTOBER 12, 2018 MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR MONEY ORDERS

TEAMS MAY NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SELL ANY PORK, RIBS OR CHICKEN ON SATURDAY OF COMPETITION AS THIS IS A DIRECT CONFLICT WITH THE TOWN’S DINNER FUNDRAISER. ANY VIOLATIONS COULD RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.

ENTRY DEADLINE

$10.00 late fee effective after Friday, October 12, 2018

CRAFT VENDORS

  • Crafters are responsible for providing their own tents, tables & set-ups as needed. ALL TENTS MUST BE SECURED.
  • Electricity is available on a limited basis for crafters. You MUST provide your own drop cords.
  • The event staff reserves the right to arrange spaces to provide a variety and mixture of displays.
  • NO bottled water or drinks of ANY kind to be sold!

BOOTH SPACE SIZE 12 x 12

Vendor Fee - $25.00 (Friday and Saturday)

Vendor Fee - $15.00 (Saturday ONLY)

BOOTH SET-UP

Friday, October 19th -setup begins at 12:00pm – 6:00pm.

Saturday, October 20th -setup MUST be completed by 9:00am.

Booth locations to be determined by order of registration and payment.
