**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.
Schedule will be Wednesday-Friday 8am-5pm, with occasional Mondays and Tuesdays for staffing coverage
Pay will be based on experience. EOE
**Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries in person and by phone professionally and provide accurate information
- Process payments for utility bills
- Maintain accurate financial records and handle cash transactions
- Balance cash drawer daily, process deposits
- Assist customers with information, billing, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry to update customer records in the system
- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and friendly manner
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism in person and phone etiquette
- Other job duties as assigned by administration
**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong phone and in person etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze and solve customer problems efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
